In Harrisburg, legislation is being considered that simply limits, rather than ends, the use of PFAS-laden firefighting foam in Pennsylvania. This would continue to put our fire fighters and communities at potential risk of exposure and contamination.
This legislation has recently been passed by the State Senate as SB 144 and is now being considered by the State House.
