This Town Hall Event is focused on building support for a recent NJ bill (A4679/S3546), the Warehouse and Port Pollution Reduction Act introduced by Senator Mckeon (LD-27) and Assemblywoman Katz (LD-8).
This bill would curb pollution at warehouses, ports and other truck attracting facilities by requiring them to implement concrete emission reduction measures through A4679/S3546, an indirect source review program.
