It’s the holiday season, and the gift we want to give all Massachusetts children is toys, clothes, strollers and mattresses that are free of toxic chemicals.
And, just in time for the holidays, we have good news! An Act relative to toxic free kids (H4357/S2660) is moving forward! This bill bans the most harmful chemicals from being added to children’s products. Both the House and Senate Consumer Protection committees have recommended that the bill be passed.
But it won’t move forward to a vote unless a lot of legislators hear that their constituents want safer children’s products for all.
That’s why we need you to email your legislators (do it again, even if you have already reached out!). Tell them to pass An Act relative to toxic free kids (H4357/S2660).
