On Earth Day (Wednesday 4/22, 2026, at 6PM), the Baltimore City Board of Estimates is holding Taxpayers' Night: the annual opportunity for Baltimore City residents to tell Board of Estimates members (Mayor Scott, Council President Cohen, Comptroller Henry, DPW Director Garbark, and City Solicitor Thompson) what should be funded in the budget!
